~ Woohoo! So I just finished watching Tangled and BOY THE ANIMATION WAS SO DAMN GOOD! T_T wahahah! :)) The story line was nice too! :) I was so inspired by it and decided to make a fan art hihihi :D

This is actually the first time I made a fan art out of disney characters whoohoo (well excluding the doodles I made of little mermaid when I was like 4 i think hahaha)


So.. ahahah ! I was so frustrated at first since I haven't painted in ages and i can't get the lighting and all that crap huhu T_T I thought i was gonna scrap this painting but I didn't eventually HAHA. NEVER GIVE UP!



So yeah this is the final result! :D This scene happened only after Flynn cut Rapunzels hair *oops spoiler!* haha. But i didn't like her short brunette hair I'd rather draw the long blonde one wahahah! :D I enjoyed painting the hair yeeheeeee ..:)


I think that's about it? This painting took me a whole friggin' day ahaha :))

EDIT: I fixed the hair, and the hair colour. And I also took into account the critiques that I got from other people in regards to shadows in her hand, eyebrows etc. :)

I really love this... great details and awesome shading. :iconpurpleheartplz:

I really love the color though...i just love how you blended and putted all the colors perfectly in the picture. You did a very good job with Rapunzel's hair though
very nice job with putting in the strands of her hair....WOW :iconwowplz:
I dont think you shouldn't change anything at all... but the only thing you shuld have done was to have the lanterns all around in the background.. in stead of just the corner. And i think also on the top of Flynns hair shouldn't there be a little more light shining on it.

.... But over all very good job.. :iconthumbupplz:
